CANCELLATION POLICY 
If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations or missed appointments without 24 hours notice will result in a charge of the service amount and you will not be able to book another appointment until paid. 

PATCH TEST 
A patch test must be carried out at least 48 hours before any tinting, lifting, lamination and lash extension appointments. Hyaluronidase elective dissolving patch test will be done at the time of the appointment. Failure to do so will result in reschedule or cancelled appointment, you can book patch tests through the booking system or contact me directly.
